  • Lia and Lucia

    lialucia3lialucia2lialucia

Safe to say, these two sister in laws have no objections over their bodies. In fact, they see fit to pose together to torment the world.

  • Babyoil

    bekahBlowupbekahOily

Although the story is that Bekah had heard her boyfriend fantasy of using a blowup doll, she decided to babyoil herself up to resemble a highly detailed blowup doll, in reality..this was just a fun little experiment. Typically, we do not use reflection on a figure (the body absorbs light, it doesn’t really reflect like a mirror). But hey…I can have fun right?

  • Some fun with nudity

saiAlittleHairTusslesaiDeskWilessaiDeskWiles2After a discussion with a friend of mine that involved Naked News, I decided to take the inspiration and create a small series of a woman who would be a good news anchor. I was also playing with postwork with Photoshop, so..this was a good time to get familiar. It turned out quite better than I had hope, and hope to submit pictures like this in the future. If anyone argue “Well, it is not photorealistic”, I never truly aim for that aspect. Photorealism and Ultra-photorealism can be an overdone aspect, and frankly, I get bored of it easily.Smile

  • Creating

I have been creating digitally since 1999 (12 years), and thought of a few things that I have experienced in the past few years.

Someone brought up the subject recently about how Poser and Daz are not artwork. It is not the first time I have seen this occur, and truly it does not sit right with me. Of course, it does remind me there are three types of people in the artistic word.

Elitist: The type of people who thinks their shit don’t stink, when sometimes..it does.

Poser Elitest: Kind of the wannabe. 90% of the time they have expensive software and think that makes them the God of 3D. I had a guy once tell me that my stuff is not worth crap unless I use Final Render with Maya. Yet when I examined most of his stuff, they were “eeehh….” They really didn’t appeal to me, and when I pointed out some logical mistakes in his stuff..I didn’t know what I was talking about apparently.

Artists: Although some can be opinionated, they know there is no defined rule for creation. While I will critique some people work, I will never go “Well, you used Poser so…” For example, I simply told someone I saw lines, but that could be Shockwave compression (although I have seen shockwave not so..compressed so who knows) and scene with no background beyond the walls was distracting. Simple logical critiques.

Overall, I don’t do this for money or fame, or the chance to be glorified in some hall of greats…I do it for fun first and foremost.Winking smile

  • Cinema 4d and special fx

It took me a few years but I am starting to figure out something as basic as particles. This could lead to interesting things.

  • I am trying to ax murder my computer

    surroundingVictoria

While it’s not obvious in the picture, there were quite a few high-res figures in. I still really don’t understand Daz3D reluctance to make low-res version of these figures..the characters in Rite of Passage turned out mostly all right (if you didn’t notice it, yes..they were low-res version of the Vicky 3 and Mike 3 characters with a few exceptions.

Anyhoo, this is a scene where I got a damsel trapped in a corner…by three football player looking guys (sorta…). Winking smile

  • New Renders

    madkayEvilThougts

I trying to get going with the animation, but something botched up. Something I will need time to fix, soooo..I will wait for the weekend.Smile In the mean time, here is Kayla and Madison in..all their glory.

  • Err..:)

Whoa.. it has been awhile since I posted anything. Things happened …Winking smile

  • Turn of her Head

One thing has become very clear lately. No matter how good you become at any particular thing: there is always room to explore, improvise, improve, etc.

One thing I constantly try to do improve my animation, and I thought of that why I was combining the poser Pose tools and timing. Will I run into times when I think they may be working too much like a robot? Possible, but I think that is the challenge that will keep me animating.Smile

  • Some Recent works

As you can see, I have kept myself a little busy. Despite work and health, I do try to make some nice images of ladies that are..tasteful.

  • Some recent works
While I have been in between resting, working, and resting..I have been rendering some. Here are some of my...non-nude work. I am also constantly trying to work on my movie to get bits and bits of it done.:)

  • Bellydancing Madness!
Well, there are few things I can blame on Disney. One is for exposing me to redheads (little mermaid). Come to think of it..if the little mermaid had hidden drawings in it and I watched it a few times..it might of sublimally..hmm.

ANYWAYS, The other thing was exposure to bellydancer. When I was a kid (6-7 I think..not 100%), I went to the Epcot Center and I think it was in the Morocco sector I saw my first bellydance. That image is still stuck in my head >:)

  • Victoria Walters..

Spent some time making this girl..or remaking her a bit.:) Wanted to
go for innocent school girl, and I think I pulled it off.

  • Interesting
Ran into http://www.spatialview.com/en/cinema4d while browsing the web, and it looks interesting. Unsure if it is worth it all, but 3D effects rendered out. Pretty sure I won't do it, but thought it was interesting.

  • Updating Madison

Today it was Madison's turn to get updated, and I like how she turned out.:)

  • Now for something complete different.

I have thought long and hard about this, but this seems to be the best look for Kayla. Among other reasons, the hair gives a nice hard edge look..:)

  • Something new..

Wasn't really trying to go anywhere with this, but merely experimenting with lights and touchups. I think it came out decent.

  • Update to main site
I just redid the main Heresy Studios site (it was long overdue)..and it came out quite well. One of the nice things is: a lot of it is using google. If you are reading this from (heresystudios.com), if you click on blog...Joomla is pulling that from blogger. The video menu option? that is a componant pulling from youtube (may change it but want to see how well it works over all). The still gallery? Picasa.

    If you are going "Why?"

My answer is managability. On my side of the equation, these three things are just minute entries into the database...and not something I have to make sure I get the link right or help me lilith. I simply use Picasa to load the pictures onto the web gallery, and it will populate on the site. Same with the blog and same with youtube (although it is loading that into a playlist).

Just seems easier on this end.:)

  • Just cause I felt like it..

Made this today with idea of her protraying a czech..and tried to get the national flag working with the lights.:)

  • A nice Cinema4D shader

One of the things I was worried about for this scene is how to depict the jail cell, and still have Jason see the action from behind. One way I COULD do it is to animate the scene, and put the animated scene onto one of the monitors. Well... unfortunately, I am lazy.:) I would much do it on the same scene. As I was browsing the internet for enDOFin (which I will purchase in the immediate future), I ran into this nice little shader. Essentially, it takes the output from any camera and puts it on the material. In this little jail picture, you are seeing one camera looking into the monitors with two seperate cameras being linked into the monitors as it renders. Pretty cool.:)
